We design spaces for business.
VARN Interior Studio is a commercial interior design studio based in Bangalore. We design spaces that are practical, well-planned and distinctive — with every decision made around the business and the people using it.
Our work includes salons, gyms, cafés & restaurants, offices, co-working spaces and other commercial environments.
We start by understanding what the space needs to do, then work through the layout, materials, lighting, furniture and details to create an interior that feels right and works well.
We keep our projects limited so we can stay involved throughout the process and give each project the attention it deserves.
Our Design Approach
Every project is different, but our approach remains focused.
Understand
We begin by understanding your business, your space, your requirements, your customers and your vision.
Concept
We translate the brief into a design direction — exploring layouts, mood, materials, colours and overall spatial character.
Visualise
Through detailed drawings, 3D visualisations and renders, we help you see the space before execution begins.
Refine
We work through the details, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and functional requirements to bring clarity to the design.
Execute
The final design becomes a real space through careful coordination and attention to detail.
Complete
We focus on the details that make the finished space feel complete, cohesive and true to the original design intent.
We Don't Take Every Project. We Take the Right Ones.
We intentionally work with a limited number of projects at a time. Not because we want to do less, but because we believe good design needs attention. Every project gets our involvement from concept to completion. We spend time understanding the brief, refining the details, selecting the right materials and making sure the final space reflects the original vision.
A More Focused Approach
- Fewer Projects. More Attention.
- Thoughtful Design.
- Hands-On Involvement.
- Attention to Every Detail.
- Design That Works Beyond the Render.
